Full UI/UX app revamp to provide smooth and consistent experience 

Project Overview:

 

Due to the lack of design system the app is having a lot of  UI inconsistency and frictional UX. Few standardisation and user centric driven modifications within the user journey has been done to provide a better experience to our end-users.

My Role

As an UI/UX Manager, I have headed the user research and competitive analysis, wireframes and scope. Am responsible to validate the scalability of the UI, use-cases in a 24-week sprint.

Objective: 

  • Create a design system

  • Revamp every module with better and consistent UI & UX

Design Process:

5-Stage Design thinking model has been used. The stages of this Design Thinking process are as follows:

  • Empathize

  • Define

  • Ideate

  • Prototype

  • Usability Testing

  • Development

  • Tracking via Mo-engage and Firebase

Design Toolkit:

User Research:

Qualitative research brings more insights into the frictional points throughout the whole app and across every module. Surveys, Card sorting and F2F interviews are the key strategies to gain the actual pain points.

Stakeholders and CEO have their input to meet the business and compliance end.
