The objective was to design a seamless, industry-compliant digital onboarding portal that transforms the complex "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process into a guided, high-conversion experience. By integrating automated document verification (DigiLocker), real-time Video IPV, and E-Sign capabilities, the application aims to reduce manual intervention, minimize drop-offs, and empower first-time investors to become "investment-ready" in under ten minutes through a transparent, progress-tracked interface.
