The primary objective was to eliminate UI inconsistencies and frictional user experiences caused by the absence of a structured design system. The project aimed to standardize the application interface and implement user-centric modifications across all modules. By leveraging a 5-stage design thinking model—encompassing empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing—the initiative sought to improve overall usability, enhance user journey flows, and ensure scalability for future business requirements and compliance standards.

We conducted a comparative study of leading fintech applications to benchmark email design standards, user interaction flows, and communication strategies. This analysis provides the market context necessary to elevate mPokket’s email engagement through improved UI elements and copy clarity.
