The primary objective was to design a robust, intuitive mobile application for Olygers Cargo that bridges the information gap between logistics management and end-users. The app aims to provide seamless, end-to-end visibility for ocean, air, and road shipments, allowing users to track consignments in real-time. Key goals include reducing customer support anxiety through proactive updates, milestone tracking, easy document access, and an efficient integrated support ticketing system for quick dispute resolution.
