By implementing categorized navigation, intelligent search functionality, and in-app ticket creation, we aim to provide immediate, consolidated resolutions. This redesign will significantly improve customer satisfaction, decrease ticket volume, and optimize resolution times, ultimately driving greater business efficiency while empowering users to resolve their queries autonomously and intuitively within the platform.
