Objectives

Microsoft sought to revamp its Marketing Center (B2B portal) for channel partners. The legacy platform lacked cohesive campaign management, analytics, and standardized branding tools. The primary objective was to create a modern, data-driven, and user-centric experience, empowering partners to easily create, manage, and analyze high-quality marketing initiatives. The goal was to align partners with Microsoft's industry-standard guidelines, enhancing joint-marketing performance and driving co-sell revenue globally.
